General Conditions for International Road Haulage 1.1.2010

The General Conditions for International Road Haulage (1.1.2010) are standard conditions for Finnish Freight Forwarders´ Association, intended to be adhered to alongside the NSAB 2000 conditions.

The General Conditions for Road Haulage (1.1.2010) contain standard conditions for carrying out delivery orders, placing delivery orders, loading / unloading delivered goods, packaging delivered goods, and more besides. The standard conditions complement the rights and obligations outlined in the Act on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Road concerning freight deliverers and delivery customers.
