The Finnish Freight Forwarder’s Association attends to and monitors members’ interests in industrial and labour market policy issues.
The collective labour agreements concerning the Association’s members, and other industrial relations issues on behalf of the Association, are taken care of by the Employers’ Association of Special Branches (ETL). Labour market department of the Finnish Freight Forwarder’s Association serves as the decision-making body in forwarding-related collective labour agreement negotiations.

- collective labour agreements and their application directives;
- help with labour disputes, negotiations with workers’ associations and if necessary taking matters to industrial tribunals;
- information on labour legislation, labour costs and pensions;
- salary comparisons;
- training in industrial relations matters and various forms and documentation at a special price for members;
- legal assistance in general industrial tribunals at a special price for members;
- a monthly magazine
